Shipping & Returns

Shipping is typically completed with UPS unless special instructions have been provided. Larger shipments may be shipped via UPS Freight or Ohio Pitt, or other freight carrier. All shipments must be prepaid - No COD will be accepted.

Most orders placed by 11:00 am will be shipped out same day. Most orders placed after a11:00 am may not be shipped out till the following day.

Custom orders like cargo nets and rope ladders may not ship for up to 14 days. Please call if you have any questions or need a quicker shipment on a custom made item - Rush Charges Will Apply.
